What is Discovery?
Discovery is a quick hitting, incisive program that allows us to evaluate a client's vital signs and identify strategically critical business development opportunities and priorities. Discovery also provides clients a low risk opportunity to experience and evaluate our capabilities and clarify the scope of any additional work that may be needed.
Discovery is not for everybody. Businesses that have a clear understanding of their business, marketing strategy, and what needs to be accomplished should not consider Discovery. They should get right to work on what needs to be done. Our expertise and experience enables us to become a productive member of your team very quickly and help produce immediate, significant results.
How does Discovery work?
Discovery is a three step program:
Preparation
Development, distribution and evaluation of an electronic interview that is completed by key client personnel prior to the scheduled Discovery Day meeting.
After completing the questionnaire one client said, "Wow, I didn't realize how much we haven't done." Another said, "This questionnaire really made me think and dig deep for answers. I already have a good idea of some things I can do."
Discovery Day
Full day client visit including team and one-on-one meetings. Actual agenda to be developed with client.
We facilitate a morning leadership team session to evaluate team dynamics and help build directional consensus regarding key client business building opportunities and needs. One-on-one follow-up meetings during the afternoon allow us to clarify, probe and explore answers from the electronic interview responses.
Follow-Up Report
Detailed report including key learning and recommendations that is provided approximately 5-7 days after Discovery Day.
Includes presentation summary of flip chart notes from team meeting and top line SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis of client's readiness for strategic, sustainable growth.
